Troubleshooting

Q: My controller is not working.
A: Turn to the back, there are a transparent plastic tab at the batteries area.

Q: I've remove the transparent plastic tab but its still not workable.
A: Unscrew the batteries area. Check is there anything blocking the batteries connecting properly. If everything is fine. Change the batteries.

Q: I've change the batteries and it still won't work.

Q: When I start playing with the Skitterbot its left/ right 3 legs are moving only when I press the forward n backward button.
A: Call 91861381 Mausan. We will help you.


Q: When I on the Skitterbot its eyes doesn't glow. (it should)
A: Charge it, if it still doesn't glow when you on it, Call 91861381 Mausan. We will help you. Hence, make sure u off the Skitterbot before you charge it.

Q: When I intend to charge my Skitterbot after playing, the blub of the remote doesn't light up.
A: Check your Skitterbot, make sure its off and the connection of the Skitterbot and the remote is connected properly. Still unable to charge? Try using another usb slot of your computer/laptop. Still doesn't work? Call 91861381 Mausan. We will help you.
